Role Overview

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing guidance on software and hardware, and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you possess strong communication skills, technical knowledge, and a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
  • Educate customers on best practices and product features to optimize their experience.
  • Document all support interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to escalate complex issues and implement solutions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on latest technologies.
  • Offer feedback and suggestions to improve support processes and customer experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in IT support or a related technical field is preferred.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a technical mindset.
  • Strong communication abilities with a customer-focused approach.
  • Experience with troubleshooting common software and hardware issues.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative team.
