Key Responsibilities- Deliver top-notch software support to Italian-speaking clients through various channels including email, phone, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues efficiently while providing clear explanations to users.
- Document all support interactions and solutions in the CRM system comprehensively.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of software products to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with the development team to escalate technical problems and suggest improvements.
- Participate in ongoing training to keep your skills and knowledge up to date.
- Contribute positively to a collaborative remote working environment.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in software support or a related field is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
