The Role

We're looking for a Customer Success Specialist to ensure our customers have a seamless experience with tgndata platform. You'll be responsible for assisting customer inquiries, guiding new account onboarding and training. You'll collaborate with internal product, sales and enginnering teams to address any challenges and maintain a high customer satisfaction.

Your day-to-day:

  • Customer Health Monitoring – Oversee internal indicators to ensure customers are receiving consistent and high-quality service. Proactively identify and address potential concerns.
  • Issues prioritization & resolution – Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and ensuring they have a seamless experience with our platform.
  • Onboarding & Training – Lead onboarding sessions and product training to help customers maximize the value of our solution.
  • Cross-Team Coordination – Work closely with product, development, and data teams to escalate and resolve any internal roadblocks impacting customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Experience in Customer Support/Success ideally in digital or technology services
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills – you can explain complex topics clearly and effectively.
  • A proactive approach – you take initiative to ensure customers receive the best experience possible.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.

What will make you stand out:

  • Experience in a SaaS or similar technology services company
  • Strong spreadsheet skills , being data savvy
  • Experience with Ticket/Service management software
