Η ALTER EGO Α.Ε. αναζητά έναν erv_DISPATCHer για να διαχειριστεί τις εισερχόμενες κλήσεις και την αλληλογραφία της εταιρίας.
Ο επικεφαλής του διοικητικού τμήματος εργοδοτεί τον κάτοχο αυτής της θέσης.
Η αρμοδιότητα περιλαμβάνει:
- Διαχείριση των εισερχόμενων κλήσεων με στόχο την άμεση εξυπηρέτηση του καλούντος.
- Διαχείριση της αλληλογραφίας (εσωτερικής - εξωτερικής), διανομή και αρχειοθέτηση.
- Συντονισμός των λειτουργικών απαιτήσεων του γραφείου.
- Συμμετοχή στην προετοιμασία διαγωνισμών ιδιωτικού και δημοσίου τομέα & Τήρηση Φακέλου Εγγράφων Διαγωνισμών.
- Διαχείριση των εισερχόμενων τιμολογίων και προώθηση στο λογιστήριο, βάσει εγκεκριμένης Διαδικασίας.
- Υποστήριξη των Διοικητικών Υπηρεσιών.
- Διαχείριση των παραγγελιών του τμήματος soft services (παραγγελίες υλικών αποθήκης) και υποστήριξη.
Για την εκτέλεση αυτών των επαγγέλματα, ο κατώτερος Officer θα πρέπει να имеет:
- Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΑΤΕΙ
- Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 2 έτη σε ανάλογη θέση
- Άριστη γνώση της Ελληνικής και της Αγγλικής γλώσσας (γραπτός και προφορικός λόγος)
- Άριστη γνώση MS Office
- Εμπειρία σε διαγωνισμούς του δημοσίου τομέα, θα θεωρηθεί πρόσθετο προσόν
