Export Coordinator Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Export Coordinator to join our team and help manage our growing worldwide operations. The role involves the seamless handling of international orders from offer preparation to final delivery, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and outstanding customer service.

  • Manage end-to-end export order process, including offer preparation, invoice issuance, and payment monitoring.
  • Issue commercial invoices, packing lists, and export declarations.
  • Support Sales and Export teams with administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and report formatting.
  • Coordinate freight forwarders for bookings, trucking, and shipment information collection.
  • Collaborate with internal departments for smooth operations.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and directing feedback.
  • Respond to routine customer inquiries or escalate complex issues to the Export Manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a structured department.
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent command of English language (written and spoken).
  • Strong customer orientation with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, maintain accuracy, and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
