Περιγραφή Θέσης

Η θέση αυτή απαιτεί άτομα με απόφοιτο τακτικών σπουδών - επιθυμητό πτυχίο Ηλεκτρολόγου ή Μηχανολόγου Μηχανικού, με έξοδο σε 2+ χρόνια εργασιακής εμπειρίας σε αντίστοιχη θέση. Μια ==========================================================================ριστη και αποτελεσμαική περιγραφή της θέσης είναι:

  • Κοστολόγηση εργασιών επισκευαστικής συντήρησης
  • Διαχείριση και παρακολούθηση εργασιών μέσω CMMS
  • Επικοινωνία και συντονισμός με υπεργολάβους: από ζήτηση έως την ολοκλήρωση των εργασιών και την παραλαβή τεκμηρίωσης (documentation)
  • Προμήθεια υλικών
  • Αποστολή ενημέρωσης στο λογιστήριο για τιμολόγηση των εργασιών
  • Τήρηση πλήρους αρχείου εργασιών, reporting σε μηνιαία βάση και αξιολόγηση KPI's
  • Ενημέρωση για την πρόοδο των τεχνικών εργασιών
  • Διαχείριση του εξοπλισμού του εργοστασίου
  • Έλεγχος και παρακολούθηση συμβάσεων συντήρησης και τεχνικής υποστήριξης υπεργολάβων
  • Ανάπτυξη και διατήρηση εποικοδομητικών σχέσεων με τους πελάτες
