A Group Material Handling Equipment Manager will be responsible for administrative support of construction equipment fleet management, ensuring smooth operation, maintenance, and compliance with procedures related to Material Handling Equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Update equipment registers on condition, usage, and operating hours.
  • Schedule and oversee maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Communicate with suppliers and workshops for spare parts and services procurement.
  • Record and process requests from departments related to construction equipment.
  • Track progress and update stakeholders.
  • Maintain report records on the platform.
  • Renew maintenance contracts with suppliers and relevant departments.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms and required certifications.
  • Support procurement processes and partner selection for maintenance services.
  • Prepare reports and present data on fleet operating costs and maintenance.
  • Manage documents, invoices, and receipts for fleet maintenance and management services.
  • Provide information and analyses to support decision-making.

Requirements
  • Familiarity with fleet management processes and basic principles of equipment maintenance.
  • Advanced business writing and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and fleet management software.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications
  • Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in a similar role, ideally in a Logistics or technical services environment.
