Σύντομη περιγραφή καθηκόντων: Παρακολούθηση, ανάλυση και διερεύνηση περιστατικών ασφαλείας. Υποστήριξη δεύτερου επιπέδου. Συγγραφή, έλεγχος και διασφάλιση ποιότητας παραδοτέων αναφορών. Παραμετροποίηση λογισμικού τύπου SIEM.

**Καθήκοντα**:
- Παρακολούθηση και ανάλυση περιστατικών ασφαλείας σε πραγματικό χρόνο
- Καταγραφή και αναλυτική περιγραφή συμβάντων ασφαλείας και πιθανών ενεργειών αποκατάστασης
- Διερεύνηση νέων απειλών και δημιουργία μηχανισμού / διαδικασιών για τον εντοπισμό και την αντιμετώπιση αυτών
- Συγγραφή, έλεγχος και διασφάλιση ποιότητας παραδοτέων αναφορών εντός προκαθορισμένων SLA
- Επικοινωνία με τον πελάτη σχετικά με περιστατικά ασφαλείας
- Διαχείριση και παρακολούθηση ζητημάτων και αιτημάτων πελατών
- Συνεργασία με την ομάδα SOC για περαιτέρω υποστήριξη και έγκαιρη παράδοση υπηρεσιών Cybersecurity
- Συμμετοχή στην ανάπτυξη και εξέλιξη τεχνολογιών / διαδικασιών
- Παραμετροποίηση λογισμικού SIEM (parsing καινούργιων πηγών, εισαγωγή κανόνων κ.τ.λ.)
**Απαραίτητα προσόντα**:
- Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ-ΤΕΙ (ή ανάλογο εξωτερικού) στον τομέα της Πληροφορικής
- Εμπειρία άνω των 2 ετών σε θέση Security Analyst
- Πολύ καλή γνώση και εμπειρία σε προϊόντα SIEM/Log analytics/Vulnerability management
- Εμπειρία σε threat hunting
- Καλή γνώση πρωτοκόλλων δικτύων και κρυπτογράφησης
- Γνώση python/script language/regex
- Γνώση συστημάτων IDS/IPS
- Κατανόηση τεχνικών μεθόδων επίθεσης σε εφαρμογές, συστήματα και δίκτυα
- Άριστη γνώση Ελληνικών & Αγγλικών (σε γραπτό & προφορικό λόγο)

- Πιστοποιήσεις στον τομέα του Cybersecurity
- Μεταπτυχιακό στην ασφάλεια πληροφοριακών συστημάτων
- Γνώση λογισμικών SOAR
- Καλή γνώση λειτουργικών συστημάτων Windows και Linux
- Καλή γνώση δικτύων
- Γνώση διεξαγωγής Vulnerability Assessment
