Job Description

We are seeking an experienced International Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and innovative solutions to our international clientele.

Your primary focus will be on providing prompt and professional support via phone and email, processing orders, issuing invoices, and addressing customer inquiries in a timely manner.

  • You will work closely with our commercial director to ensure seamless communication and coordination with our suppliers and shipping lines.
  • In addition to your customer-facing duties, you will also be responsible for entering commercial invoices into our accounting system, managing company expenses, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone and email
  • Process orders, issue invoices, and manage customer accounts
  • Enter commercial invoices into our accounting system
  • Manage company expenses and perform administrative tasks
  • Communicate effectively with our suppliers and shipping lines
Requirements
  • University degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in an international setting
  • Fluency in English (C1-C2 level) and Greek
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
