Account Manager
to grow our customer base and support educators in their teaching goals.

The Role:

As an
Account Manager
, you will:

  • Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders (schools, ministries, distributors, etc.)
  • Identify new business opportunities and grow sales in your assigned territory
  • Provide product recommendations and solutions tailored to customer needs
  • Deliver product presentations and coordinate training support with our academic team
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, academic, customer support) to ensure customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or educational publishing

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong organizational and negotiation skills

Results-oriented with a commercial mindset

Familiarity with the ELT sector or educational landscape

Comfortable presenting to a range of stakeholders — from teachers to senior decision-makers

Fluency in English; other local/regional languages are a plus

Willingness to travel within your assigned territory
