What You'll Do
- Deliver excellent customer support via phone, email, or chat
- Handle inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Guide customers and provide effective solutions
- Work with international teams in a multicultural environment
Requirements
- Native or fluent in
one of the listed languages - good English skills (B2)
- EU Citizenship
or
valid Greek Residence Card - Customer-oriented mindset, patience, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a structured, remote setup
