Κύριος Πολιτικός

Είναι ευθύνη του Hard Services Supervisor να διαχειρίζεται τους Hard Services, με έμφαση στην προληπτική και επεμβατική συντήρηση.

  • Παρακολουθεί το πρόγραμμα προληπτικής συντήρησης.
  • Διαχειρεί βλάβες και συντονίζει εργασίες επισκευαστικής συντήρησης.
  • Διαχειρίζεται τη ομάδας συντήρησης.

Η απόλυτη συμμόρφωση στους κανόνες Υγείας & Ασφάλειας είναι σημαντικό.

Το παρόν ρόλο απαιτεί:

  • Πτυχίο Ηλεκτρολόγου ή Μηχανολόγου Μηχανικού.
  • Εμπειρία στο χειρισμό μεγάλων εγκαταστάσεων.
  • Γνώση HVAC - BMS και μηχανολογικού εξοπλισμού.
  • Γλώσσα αγγλική (πολύ καλή).
Ικανότητες
  • Ομαδικότητα.
  • Επικοινωνία.
  • Έμφαση στην λεπτομέρεια.

Απαιτούνται ικανότητες σε ομαδικήทำงาน, επικοινωνία, και έμφαση στην λεπτομέρεια.
