Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced customer expert to join our team. This role involves working with customers and resolving their issues related to point of sale devices.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be fluent in Swedish and have a good understanding of English. Prior experience in customer support is advantageous but not necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Primary Point of Contact: The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries and requests.
  • Inbound Calls: Answer inquiries from retailers, merchants, and shop owners related to their POS devices.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot issues, guiding customers toward desired outcomes.
  • Timely Issue Resolution: Resolve issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Excellence in Interaction: Strive for excellence in every customer interaction, promoting increased product usage and loyalty.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Swedishand very good use of English (both written and spoken).
  • Customer Support Experience: Prior work experience in a customer support role is advantageous.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving: Exceptional communication skills, soft skills, and a problem-solving mentality.
  • Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with Android OS, advanced PC skills, and a willingness to learn.
  • Team Spirit: Demonstrate genuine ownership and an unbreakable team spirit.
