We are seeking a seasoned Financial Services Expert to join our team in the Online Payment Solutions Department. This role is perfect for individuals who possess a passion for financial technology and online payment systems, with a strong drive to deliver top-notch consulting services to a diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and challenges related to online payment solutions.
  • Provide expert advice and support in implementing and optimizing online payment systems tailored to different business contexts.
  • Analyze existing client payment processes thoroughly and offer practical recommendations to enhance efficiency and security.
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop comprehensive solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Guide clients through the complexities of payment regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations in online payment solutions to provide clients with informed insights.
  • Establish and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with clients through excellent service and communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
  • Proven experience in consulting, particularly in the online payment solutions or financial technology sectors.
  • A solid understanding of payment systems, gateways, and relevant compliance frameworks.
  • Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on problem-solving and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to clients.
  • Experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adept at juggling multiple projects efficiently.
