Payment Solutions Expert

We are seeking a skilled Payment Solutions Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional consulting services to clients.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payment systems, gateways, and associated compliance frameworks. They will be responsible for engaging with clients to assess their needs related to online payment solutions, providing tailored advice and assistance in implementing and optimizing online payment systems.

The successful candidate will conduct comprehensive analyses of clients' existing payment processes, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and security. They will also collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet client expectations.

Able to navigate clients through the complexities of payment regulations and compliance requirements, this individual will stay informed about industry trends and innovations in online payment solutions to provide clients with relevant insights.

Requirements
  • Fluency in French and English; additional language skills are a bonus.
  • Demonstrated experience in consulting, particularly in online payment solutions or financial technology.
  • Strong understanding of payment systems, gateways, and associated compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical capabilities with a focus on problem-solving and strategic planning.
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively to clients.
  • Experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple projects efficiently.
