As a key player in our team, you will help our Dutch-speaking clients optimize their online payment operations by providing expert guidance on payment solutions that enhance security, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with Dutch-speaking clients to identify their online payment needs and challenges, ensuring a tailored approach for each client.
  • Develop and implement payment solutions and platforms that best meet client requirements, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Assist clients with the implementation and integration of online payment systems, minimizing disruptions and ensuring seamless transitions.
  • Deliver training sessions and support to ensure clients effectively use payment solutions, empowering them to maximize their e-commerce success.
  • Stay informed about trends and developments in the online payment industry, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and client satisfaction, maintaining high standards of professionalism and expertise.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
  • Proven experience in online payment solutions, e-commerce, or consulting in a related field, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand client needs and develop effective solutions, driving business value and growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing client relationships, building trust, and fostering collaboration.
  • Familiarity with various online payment platforms and security best practices, staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple clients and projects, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
