Περιγραφή Ρόλου

Ο/Η κάτοχος του ρόλου υποστηρίζει τη λειτουργία του Τμήματος Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού, με βασική αρμοδιότητα την εκτέλεση διαδικασιών μισθοδοσίας και τη διοικητική διαχείριση του κύκλου ζωής των εργαζομένων (onboarding/offboarding, ασφάλιση, δηλώσεις κ.λπ).

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

Μισθοδοσία & Παροχές

  • Διεκπεραίωση όλων των διαδικασιών διαχείρισης εργαζομένων (προσλήψεις, αποχωρήσεις, ασθένειες, άδειες, προγράμματα εργασίας)
  • υποβολή όλων των προβλεπόμενων από την εργατική νομοθεσία εντύπων και ηλεκτρονικών εγγραφών στο Πληροφοριακό Σύστημα ΕΡΓΑΝΗ
  • Έκδοση μισθοδοσίας, αποδείξεων πληρωμής, λογιστικών άρθρων
  • Υπολογισμός και αποστολή ΑΠΔ, TEKA
  • Διαχείριση ερωτήσεων σχετικά με τη μισθοδοσία
  • Διαχείριση Εταιρικών Benefits

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Σπουδές σχετικές με Μισθοδοσία, HR, Οικονομικά ή Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων.
  • 1-3 χρόνια επαγγελματική εμπειρία
  • Άνεση στη χρήση Προγράμματος μισθοδοσίας Epsilon
  • Άνεση στη χρήση Microsoft Excel και ψηφιακών εργαλείων HR.
  • Γνώση της εργατικής και ασφαλιστικής νομοθεσίας
  • Οργανωτικότητα, προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και υπευθυνότητα στη διαχείριση ευαίσθητων δεδομένων.
  • Επαγγελματική επικοινωνία και συνεργατικότητα με πολλαπλά τμήματα.
