Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Interface Coordinator for the Katlan FPSO Upgrade project. The successful candidate will coordinate interface activities from FEED till start up, ensuring seamless communication between relevant parties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Katlan FPSO Upgrade delivery manager in delivering a reliable new MEG injection, recovery, and regeneration function to the FPSO for 25 years, safely and to good industry standards.
  • Undertake the role of Project Interface Coordinator, maintaining the Project Interface Register containing all interface actions and agreements between internal and external parties.
  • Contribute to structuring regular internal and external reporting tools and progress trackers in support of the Delivery manager.
  • Review and record actions from emails, MOM, and agreed items from verbal conversations.
  • Be aware of all battery limits, project interfaces, and relevant internal and external parties.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • 5-10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, preferably as a Project Interface Coordinator.
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
  • Well-organized, good time management, energetic, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum
