Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Weekly submission and updating of schedules, schedule modifications, and overtime records are essential tasks.
  • Preparing and verifying employee payroll is a crucial function of the role.
  • Maintaining accurate records of annual leave, sick days, and absences is vital for efficient operations.
  • Employee files must be up-to-date and well-organized at all times.
  • Managing personnel matters, including payroll calculation analysis and distribution of signed documents, is an integral part of the job.
  • Creating personnel documents (Individual Employment Contracts, Ministerial Decrees, Employer Certificates, etc.) is a critical function of the role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is necessary for this position.
  • Previous experience (2 years) in a similar position, preferably in a payroll department, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent knowledge of payroll programs (Scan HRMS, Epsilon, and Ergani) is essential for success in this role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is also required.
  • Good knowledge of the English language is necessary for effective communication.
  • Team spirit and strong organizational skills are essential for this position.
