Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Tendering Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to drive our business forward by developing and submitting high-quality tenders.

Job Description:

This role involves coordinating and managing strategic tender submissions, ensuring they are competitive, compliant, and well-structured. You will be responsible for monitoring and managing all upcoming tenders, particularly those from the AIA, aligning with internal strategic goals.

• Develop and manage tender strategies in alignment with our company's goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to gather input, technical solutions, and commercial terms for joint submissions.
• Prepare Expressions of Interest (EOIs), Prequalification Questionnaires (PQQs), and Technical & Commercial Proposals.
• Ensure compliance with tender specifications, submission protocols, deadlines, and client requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Key qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in managing and submitting technical and commercial tenders.
• Strong knowledge of tendering and public procurement processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team.
