Salary Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and responsible individual to join our team as a Payroll Officer.

• The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth operation of payroll management, ensuring timely and accurate submissions of schedules, schedule modifications, and overtime records.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Preparation and verification of employee payroll
2. Monitoring of annual leave, sick days, and absences, and maintaining related records
3. Maintaining and updating employee files
4. Managing personnel matters, including payroll calculation analysis and distribution of signed documents
5. Creating personnel documents (Individual Employment Contracts, Ministerial Decrees, Employer Certificates, etc.)

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Previous experience (2 years) in a similar position, preferably in payroll department
• Excellent knowledge of our payroll programs
• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, mostly Excel
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Team spirit and strong organizational skills
