IT Infrastructure Specialist

At our organization, we are looking for an IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. This is a challenging role that involves ensuring the smooth operation of various airline applications and systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Information Technology and Computer Science, with experience in integrating and administering critical airline IT applications.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient and accurate data processing across systems.
• Execute the integration of various applications using technologies such as Message Queueing, SFTP, web services, and APIs.
• Administer and maintain mission-critical airline IT applications.
• Manage the deployment, configuration, and updates of MaaS360, and oversee the airline's mobile device management (MDM) policies.
• Ensure timely and reliable delivery of source data to applications.
• Maintain the integrity of data feeds and reports across systems.
• Handle application changes, updates, and configuration management in accordance with IT governance standards.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance to end-users and resolve issues related to application integration and administration.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration workflows, system configurations, and policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or in any relevant field.
• 3-5 years of professional working experience in a relevant position.
• Fluency in oral and written Greek and English.
• Knowledge of databases such as SQL Server and application architecture.
