Job Title: Digital Optimization Expert

We are seeking an experienced Digital Optimization Expert to join our team.

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building reports, conducting in-depth analysis, and optimizing digital products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis across multiple digital data sources using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Create and deliver comprehensive analytics dashboards and performance reports highlighting KPIs, trends, behavioral metrics, and ROI of digital initiatives.
• Evaluate and optimize the performance of digital marketing campaigns, website conversion funnels, landing pages, and user journeys.
• Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests to optimize digital touchpoints performance and usability.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking and digital performance analysis, identifying strategic opportunities and market threats.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of professional working experience in digital analytics, data analysis, or a relevant role.
• Fluency in oral and written English.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Excel, or similar tools for data analysis and reporting.
