Wholesale Portfolio Manager

This role leads the effective long-term delivery of portfolio business plans, ensuring profitability levels are achieved.

  • Negotiate business plans and targets with investors.
  • Monitor Service Agreements implementation, focusing on profitability and collections pace in line with agreed business plans per client.
  • Establish targets for servicing teams and resolve everyday business issues internally.
  • Analyze portfolio data and relevant KPIs to identify underperformance areas.
  • Discuss clients' needs, review their performance, and propose actions to resolve problems and boost results.
  • Explore opportunities for improving portfolio management efficiency.
  • Design policies and strategies to deliver efficiencies and improvements.
  • Attend credit committees to ensure alignment with portfolio business plans.
Requirements

Education, Skills, and Experience:

  • Bachelor's and master's degrees in Economics or Finance.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in banking, consulting, or wholesale lending is highly regarded.
  • Good comprehension of the Wholesale Non-Performing Loan (NPL) servicing industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with policy documentation and processes is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Greek.
  • Strong analytical background and excellent use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
