Senior Hotel Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineer to join our team. As an Engineer, you will play a key role in the planning, development, and supervision of hotel construction and renovation projects across the Group's portfolio. You will be part of a renowned hospitality brand that is dedicated to delivering luxury accommodations and unforgettable experiences across Greece's most stunning destinations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and oversee the installation and operation of mechanical and electrical systems in accordance with current safety regulations and building codes
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of all mechanical and electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and early detection of issues
  • Manage maintenance schedules and ensure timely repairs and servicing of equipment and infrastructure
  • Monitor energy consumption and develop strategies to improve energy efficiency across hotel properties
  • Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and project proposals for new installations and renovations
  • Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and internal engineering teams to ensure the successful execution of projects
  • Provide ongoing technical support to other hotel departments, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operations
  • Train and mentor junior engineering staff, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure full compliance with internal policies, safety standards, and national regulations related to mechanical and electrical operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Licensed member of the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE)
  • 15–20 years of proven professional experience in mechanical engineering, ideally at mid-senior or senior level
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in MEP systems, with a strong focus on building and hospitality projects
  • Solid understanding of the Greek MEP market, including suppliers, technical standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Significant on-site construction experience in hotel and building projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project software
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex technical challenges
  • Willingness and availability to travel to project sites across Greece as needed
