We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT operations department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the overall health and performance of our IT infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT operations and systems management, with a proven track record of ensuring high levels of service availability and quality. You will work closely with other IT teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and support business objectives.

">Key Responsibilities:">

  • Configure, manage and maintain the IT infrastructure, including enterprise software, cloud services, and network devices, in compliance with regulatory frameworks and business needs.">
  • Develop and maintain business reports using tools like SQL Reporting Services and Crystal Reports to facilitate decision-making.">
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of IT processes, configurations, and workflows to ensure operational transparency and consistency.">
  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, software, and networks to ensure stability and performance.">
  • Participate actively in the implementation and management of IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, and the adoption of new technologies.">
  • Collaborate closely with other IT team members and business departments to support daily operations and achieve organizational objectives.">

Requirements:

  • A University/College or Technological Educational Institute Degree (Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ / Κολλεγίου ή ΤΕΙ) in Computer Science or Technology Studies is required.">
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in IT operations and systems management.">
  • Advanced computer knowledge, including word processing, spreadsheets, internet services, and presentations.">
