Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of IT architects and senior engineers, providing technical guidance and supervision, and ensuring the successful execution of IT projects.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing IT infrastructure systems, developing and maintaining architectural documentation, planning and prioritizing workloads, analyzing technical issues, and liaising with vendors and other IT personnel.

The successful candidate will have a solid technical background, combined with problem-solving skills and the ability to motivate their team to achieve goals.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT architecture or a similar position, managing a team of engineers;
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity;
  • Hands-on technical experience or a background managing technical teams;
  • Problem-solving skills, including qualitative and quantitative analysis, root cause analysis, and informed decision-making;
  • Experience in managing IT projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring;
  • Workload sizing and planning on IT projects and daily operations;
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills;
  • The ability to work under pressure and with cross-functional teams;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
