Portuguese Speaking Customer Service

Deliver exceptional customer service to our Portuguese-speaking clients, ensuring they receive top-notch support for their financial inquiries.

  • Engage with customers via multiple channels, providing personalized solutions to their concerns.
  • Address and resolve financial product and service inquiries efficiently.
  • Assist clients with account management, transactions, and other financial matters.
  • Handle complaints professionally, offering tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Document interactions accurately, maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Stay abreast of financial regulations and product updates to provide accurate information.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality customer service to our Portuguese-speaking customers through various channels.

• Address and resolve inquiries regarding financial products and services.

• Assist clients with account management, transactions, and any other financial concerns.

• Handle complaints and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Document customer interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date records.

• Work collaboratively with other team members to improve operational efficiency.

• Keep abreast of financial regulations and product changes to provide accurate information.

Requirements

Fluency in Portuguese is a must. Proficiency in English is an asset. Experience in customer service, particularly in the finance sector, is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of financial products and services is essential. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are required. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite is necessary. Demonstrated ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently is crucial. Capability to work both independently and as part of a team is a must.
