Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Customer Expert to join our team in Greece. As a representative of one of the world's most esteemed car brands, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, and chats.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Being the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilizing your communication skills to provide expert advice on various car-related matters.
  • Maintaining a seamless customer experience by responding to inquiries and addressing concerns.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in Dutch.
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • A genuine passion for cars.
  • Work experience as a customer support or customer care representative, preferably with at least 6 months of experience.
  • Highly developed communication skills, a problem-solving mentality, and a deep sense of ownership.
  • Tech savviness and learning agility.
