Senior Penetration Tester

Make a meaningful impact as a Senior Penetration Tester. Join our Cyber team in Athens to tackle complex challenges and deliver exceptional value to clients.

As a key member of our dynamic team, you will work closely with fellow Ethical Hackers to perform high-stakes penetration testing and red teaming engagements for domestic and international clients. Your offensive skills will be sharpened through training with Offensive Security, regular knowledge exchange sessions, and research on the latest techniques and tools.

With your expertise, you will serve as a Subject Matter Expert, adding interpretive value to findings and creating custom penetration testing engagements to identify security vulnerabilities. You will also participate in technical planning, delivery of best-in-class service, and personal learning and development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to a global community of Deloitte experts in Ethical Hacking and Cyber Security.
  • Work on projects identifying security vulnerabilities in client infrastructure, Web and Mobile Apps.
  • Obtain a foothold in client networks using creative approaches.
  • Apply an adversary mindset to simulate sophisticated actors and achieve project-specific objectives.
  • Stealthily move laterally within client IT environments without triggering alarms.
  • Perform research and develop your own tools and tradecraft.
  • Share research within the Deloitte Global Hacking and Red Team community.
  • Translate security weaknesses into tailored recommendations.
  • Facilitate Purple Team workshops and train defensive teams to identify tactics, techniques, and procedures.
  • Attain certifications in cutting-edge cybersecurity products and engineering topics.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems Security, or related field.
  • Experience with penetration testing, including Web Application, Mobile, Infrastructure, and Vulnerability Assessments.
  • Expertise using Kali Linux and tools like Burp, Metasploit, Covenant, Cobalt Strike, and Nessus.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Consultant mindset, commitment to teamwork, and strong client relationships.
  • Strong communication skills in Greek and English.
  • 3+ years of experience in Penetration Testing and/or Red Teaming.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Military obligations fulfilled where applicable.
  • Professional qualifications: OSCP, OSEP, OSCE, OSWE, CRTO, PACES etc.
  • Web Security Academy (PortSwigger).
  • Hack the Box level: Pro Hacker.
