Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. You will work closely with your colleagues to ensure seamless communication and timely resolution of customer issues. Your excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities will enable you to provide personalized support to customers and contribute to their overall satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent command of the Greek and English languages (written and verbal)
  • Strong Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Background in customer service, face-to-face, online, or via phone calls
  • Multi-tasking and time management
