Retail Operations Leader

This role is for a highly motivated and experienced professional who will lead the store operations, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive sales and profitability. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in team management.

The Store Experience Manager will be responsible for guiding a dedicated team to efficiently run the store operations, prioritizing both direct interactions and behind-the-scenes support. This involves creating an environment where every customer feels valued and every aspect of the store contributes to its success.

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of KPIs/selling reports, budgeting turnover, and workforce hours. Additionally, they should possess knowledge of Health & Safety standards, store operation routines, and be fluent in Greek and English languages. A good knowledge of best practice in employee relations is also essential.

• Offering customers a high level of service through styling advice, product knowledge, and store experience
• Analysing selling information and taking responsibility for the store sales performance
• Leading and motivating a team of managers, visual merchandisers, and sales advisors to achieve excellent standards of service
• Leading recruitment and ensuring induction and training of new starters is carried out well
• Identifying future talents and putting together development plans to support their progression
• Overseeing store operations
• Creating a great place to work
