They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team of sales assistants.

This is a full-time position requiring a 40-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team to achieve exceptional standards of customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a positive work environment.
