Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Cash Office Operations Manager. This part-time position involves managing the cash office in store, training and informing staff on routines, analysing KPIs and sales figures, and providing analytical input to the store management team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Complete and ensure all cash office and safety routines regarding money handling.
  • Analyse KPIs and sales figures to provide valuable insights to the store management team.
  • Train and inform staff on routines and procedures.
  • Proactively prevent administration mistakes and cash losses.

Requirements:

  • Ability to overview, plan, organise and prioritise work.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Greek language.
