Business Intelligence and Planning Analyst Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Intelligence and Planning Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our data-driven organization, you will be responsible for analyzing trends, building reports, and supporting business planning activities.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your analytical skills in a fast-paced and supportive environment. You will have the chance to work with cross-functional teams, collaborate on projects, and drive business growth through data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field. They will be proficient in tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SQL, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for problem-solving.

The successful candidate will also be an effective communicator, comfortable working in a dynamic environment, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

About the Job
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of reports and dashboards using Power BI or other tools.
  • Support data gathering and cleaning for key business metrics across teams.
  • Collaborate with teams to define and track KPIs and operational metrics.
  • Help identify patterns, trends, and insights to improve decision-making.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant work experience in data analysis, business intelligence, FP&A, or related roles.
  • Comfortable with Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables) and basic knowledge of Power BI or similar tools.
  • Python and SQL knowledge for data manipulation, querying, and exploratory analysis will be appreciated.
  • Strong attention to detail and a natural curiosity for problem-solving.
  • Effective communicator in both English and Greek.
