Hebrew Customer Support Representative

Provide customer support in Hebrew, handling inquiries and resolving issues via phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to consumer inquiries and record interactions on a database.
- Maintain accurate data input for efficient record-keeping.
- Ensure client complaints are addressed and logged according to company policy.
- Resolve support calls within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Troubleshoot issues using open questions, support documents, and system training.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Higher
- Native/Fluent Hebrew Speaker
- Good Level of English, C1
- Writing Speed: 20 words per minute
- Active Listening
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills
