Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Japanese Technical Support team as a Customer Expert. This role will involve providing 24/7 help-desk support for users, helping them with their inquiries and technical issues via phone & e-mail.

As a member of our team, you will be supporting the users of a top cloud platform, helping to build a better online user experience for millions of people around the world.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing 24/7 help-desk support via phone and email in Japanese
  • FOLLOWING company procedures and guidelines
  • Being positive and proactive and having a desire for applying continuous improvement processes
  • EXCHANGING ideas and solutions with your colleagues

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent writing & verbal communication skills in Japanese
  • Great communication skills in English
  • Good technical troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
  • Technical background & familiarity with technology trends
  • Experience in customer service will be appreciated
  • Positive attitude & team spirit
