We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Cloud Workspace customer support specialist to provide top-notch customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Japanese and English.
As a Cloud Workspace customer support specialist, you will be responsible for handling tickets, communicating with customers via email, and following specified workflows for incident identification, escalation, resolution, and closure. You will also track and follow cases to ensure they are closed in an efficient and timely manner.
