Job Description- Key Responsibilities:
- Be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests.
- Provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers through various channels (phone, email, chat).
- Requirements:
- Fluency in Czech language.
- Very good use of English language.
- A profound passion for cars is a plus.
- Work experience as a customer support/customer care representative is preferred.
- Highly developed communication and problem-solving skills.
- Tech savviness and learning agility.
- A positive attitude.
