We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team.

Job Description
  • The ideal candidate will have experience reviewing and verifying invoices and financial statements for accuracy and completion.
  • Responsibilities include matching invoices with purchase orders or contracts, performing invoice and general ledger data entry, and communicating with vendors and suppliers.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing and processing payment batches, monitoring payment deadlines, and resolving any outstanding invoices or payment delays.


Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or similar field is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational talent are essential for this role.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in Excel are also required.
