Η εταιρεία μας αναζητά Sales Operations & Customer Support Specialist. Ο/Η κάτοχος της θέσης θα αποτελεί βασικό μέλος της εμπορικής ομάδας, υποστηρίζοντας τη διαχείριση παραγγελιών, την εμπορική εξυπηρέτηση και την επικοινωνία με τους πελάτες, με στόχο την εύρυθμη και αποδοτική λειτουργία της αλυσίδας παραγγελιών.

Ο ρόλος απαιτεί οργανωτικότητα, προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια, ικανότητα διαχείρισης πολλαπλών εργασιών και άριστες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες, συμβάλλοντας καθοριστικά στην εμπειρία συνεργασίας των πελατών μας.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Υποστήριξη του εμπορικού τμήματος σε θέματα πελατολογίου και διαχείρισης παραγγελιών

  • Παρακολούθηση και διαχείριση της ροής παραγγελιών στο SAP Business One, από την καταχώριση έως την τιμολόγηση

  • Συντονισμός με τα τμήματα Παραγωγής και Logistics για την ορθή και έγκαιρη εκτέλεση των παραδόσεων

  • Τήρηση και διαχείριση αρχείων τιμοκαταλόγων, εκπτώσεων και εμπορικών συμφωνιών

  • Παρακολούθηση εμπορικών KPIs και επισήμανση αποκλίσεων ή καθυστερήσεων

  • Ανάληψη ενεργού ρόλου στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και διαχείριση αιτημάτων ή παραπόνων

  • Επικοινωνία και συνεργασία με εσωτερικά τμήματα για την άμεση επίλυση θεμάτων

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • 2–3 χρόνια εμπειρίας σε θέση εμπορικής υποστήριξης, εξυπηρέτησης πελατών ή order management

  • Άριστες οργανωτικές δεξιότητες και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια

  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης προτεραιοτήτων και εργασίας υπό πίεση

  • Εξοικείωση με ERP συστήματα (ιδανικά SAP Business One)

  • Πολύ καλή γνώση της ελληνικής και αγγλικής γλώσσας

  • Προληπτική και πελατοκεντρική προσέγγιση
