In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth execution of our live operations, including monitoring our Live Operations list in CRM and taking all necessary actions to ensure non-assigned transfers are operated by Drivers.

You will also interact with drivers daily via driver support channels and communicate with customers when needed via call or email.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor our Live Operations list in CRM and take all necessary actions to ensure non-assigned transfers are operated by Drivers
  • Interact with drivers daily via driver support channels
  • Communicate with customers when needed via call or email
  • Take action if any unexpected events pop up in order to protect our destinations (e.g., block operation in specific destinations)
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Social Studies or a related field
  • 1-year minimum in a Startup, Logistics Company, Travel Company or any related Industry
  • Preferable experience in Customer Support or Live Operations background
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Feels comfortable working on weekends and on rotational shifts
  • Solution-oriented
  • An analytical mind and out-of-the-box thinker
  • A friendly and upbeat personality
  • Digital native: fluent in web and digital technologies
