
High Level Administrative Support Professional

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support the General Director at our headquarters in Athens City Center.
This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who is passionate about structure, communication, and operational efficiency and ready to take the next step in their administrative career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Coordinate communication and planning across departments and external partners.
- Support and prepare presentations in PowerPoint for meetings and internal events.
- Provide live assistance and coordination during virtual meetings via Microsoft Teams.
- Handle and prioritize email and phone correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
- Ensure deadlines are met and tasks are followed through to completion.
- Balance multiple demands while maintaining clarity and stability within the team.
- Offer high-level day-to-day administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 2–3 years of previous experience in a similar executive support role.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in MS Office, with strong skills in PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
