Ο πελάτης μας είναι εταιρεία που προσφέρει πρωτοποριακά και διακεκριμένα ευρωπαϊκά προϊόντα, τα οποία μετατρέπουν το γραφειακό χώρο σε ένα παραγωγικό και αποδοτικό εργασιακό περιβάλλον. Τη δεδομένη στιγμή αναζητά έναν/μία **Sales** & **Customer** **Support** **Specialist**, **ο/η οποίος/-α υποστηρίζει την ομάδα των πωλήσεων στην οποία θα ανήκει εκτελώντας όλες τις back office & client support εργασίες για τα έργα προς υλοποίηση.
**Πιο αναλυτικά, οι αρμοδιότητές σου θα περιλαμβάνουν τα εξής**:
- Διατήρηση και ενημέρωση βάσης δεδομένων πελατών σε πρόγραμμα CRM και προετοιμασία φύλλων παρακολούθησης των έργων σε εξέλιξη
- Σύνταξη οικονομικών προσφορών σε συνεργασία με τον/την Senior Sales Executive / Account Manager και διαχείριση οφειλών
- Προετοιμασία, παρακολούθηση και αποστολή παραγγελιών στα συνεργαζόμενα εργοστάσια της εταιρείας
- Καθημερινή επικοινωνία με τους πελάτες και τους προμηθευτές με στόχο την ομαλή ολοκλήρωση κάθε project
- Υποστήριξη τμήματος πωλήσεων και συνεργασία με τα υπόλοιπα τμήματα της εταιρείας
**Τι χρειάζεται να διαθέτεις**:
- Πτυχίο ΤΕΙ/ΑΕΙ Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων
- Προϋπηρεσία 1-2 χρόνια σε αντίστοιχη θέση
- Οργανωτικές δεξιότητες
- Υπευθυνότητα και συνέπεια
- Ομαδικό πνεύμα συνεργασίας
- Ανεπτυγμένες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
- Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικής γλώσσας
- Πολύ καλή γνώση Microsoft office
