**Responsibilities**:
- Τεχνική υποστήριξη υπηρεσιών κινητής τηλεφωνίας
- Επίλυση προβλημάτων κινητών συσκευών σε όλα τα συστήματα (Android, iOS)
- Συστηματική καταγραφή αιτημάτων και ενημέρωση πελατών για υποθέσεις σε διαδικασία επίλυσης
**Requirements**:
- Απολυτήριο Τεχνικού λυκείου/ ΙΕΚ/ΤΕΙ/AEI με κατεύθυνση στην Πληροφορική ή τις Τηλεπικοινωνίες
- Αποκλειστική τηλεργασία
- Άριστες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και πελατοκεντρική αντίληψη
- Επιθυμητή εμπειρία στον χώρο της τηλεφωνικής εξυπηρέτησης
- Γνώση εφαρμογών MS Office και λειτουργικών συστημάτων
- Γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας
