**HR Generalist**
Διεύθυνση Οργάνωσης και Προγραμματισμού, Τόπος απασχόλησης: Αθήνα
Σύντομη περιγραφή καθηκόντων: Συμμετοχή στη διαδικασία επιλογής & προσέλκυσης υποψηφίων, Υποστήριξη τμήματος, Διατήρηση αρχείου εργαζομένων, Διαχείριση πλάνου εκπαιδεύσεων και πιστοποιήσεων
**Καθήκοντα**:
- Screening βιογραφικών
- Διαχείριση αγγελιών
- Διεξαγωγή αρχικών συνεντεύξεων
- Ενεργή συμμετοχή σε job fairs
- Διατήρηση αρχείων προσωπικού
- Παρακολούθηση πλάνου εκπαιδεύσεων και πιστοποιήσεων
- Συγκέντρωση δικαιολογητικών που αφορούν το προσωπικό (βιογραφικά, πτυχία, κλπ.) για κατάθεση φακέλων διαγωνισμών
**Απαραίτητα προσόντα**:
- Μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές στη Διοίκηση Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού
- Αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία 2-3 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση
- Προϋπηρεσία σε στελέχωση ΙΤ θέσεων
- Εμπειρία σε χρήση HR software εργαλείων
- Εμπειρία στη διαχείριση πλατφόρμας LinkedIn Recruiter
- Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office
- Άριστη γνώση Ελληνικών & Αγγλικών (σε γραπτό & προφορικό λόγο)
