Αναζητούμε HR Generalist για τις εγκαταστάσεις μας στη ΒΙ.ΠΕ. Σίνδου, στη Θεσσαλονίκη.
Οι αρμοδιότητες της θέσης περιλαμβάνουν τον συντονισμό και την υποστήριξη σε όλες τις βασικές λειτουργίες του Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού, διασφαλίζοντας την έγκαιρη και ομαλή ολοκλήρωση διαδικασιών που σχετίζονται με τους τομείς της εκπαίδευσης, των παροχών, καθώς και της στελέχωσης.
Κύρια καθήκοντα
- Υποστήριξη στις καθημερινές και διοικητικές λειτουργίες της Διεύθυνσης Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού
- Διαχείριση και ενημέρωση αρχείων και HR συστημάτων
- Εμπλοκή σε έργα βελτίωσης διαδικασιών και συστημάτων
- Συμμετοχή στην ορθή εφαρμογή των διαδικασιών και πολιτικών του οργανισμού
- Διευθέτηση αιτημάτων των εργαζομένων
- Συμβολή στην οργάνωση και τον συντονισμό προγραμμάτων εκπαίδευσης & ανάπτυξης προσωπικού
- Υποστήριξη στη διαχείριση εταιρικών παροχών
- Υποστήριξη στη διαδικασία προσλήψεων
- Συμμετοχή σε HR Projects και εταιρικές εκδηλώσεις
Απαραίτητα προσόντα
- Πτυχίο Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων, Οικονομικών, Ψυχολογίας ή συναφούς αντικειμένου
- Εργασιακή εμπειρία 2+ έτη σε σχετική θέση
- Εξαιρετικές οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
- Εξοικείωση με εργαλεία HRMS
- Άριστη γνώση MS Office
- Άριστη γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας
