- Υποστηρίζεις τη Διεύθυνση Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού στην παροχή υπηρεσιών υψηλής ποιότητας σχετικά με όλες τις πτυχές των δραστηριοτήτων Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού, όπως Πρόσληψη και Επιλογή, Εκπαίδευση και Ανάπτυξη, Διαχείριση Απόδοσης, Σχέσεις Εργαζομένων, Εργατικό Δίκαιο και Συμμόρφωση, Αμοιβές και Παροχές, Μισθοδοσία και Συστήματα Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού, Διοίκηση Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού.
**Ο κατάλληλος HR Generalist θα έχει**:
- Πτυχίο πανεπιστημίου/κολεγίου που σχετίζεται με τη Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων ή συναφές αντικείμενο - Πρόσθετη εκπαίδευση ή πιστοποίηση στο Ανθρώπινο Δυναμικό θα θεωρηθεί προσόν
- 2-3 έτη προϋπηρεσίας σε θέσεις ανθρώπινου δυναμικού και γνώση λειτουργιών Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού (αμοιβές & παροχές, αναλυτικά στοιχεία HR, προσλήψεις, εκπαίδευση & ανάπτυξη κ.λπ.)
- Άριστη γνώση της Ελληνικής και Αγγλικής γλώσσας σε γραπτό και προφορικό λόγο
- Απαραίτητη η προηγμένη γνώση των SAP-Success Factors
- Εργασιακή εμπειρία στα συστήματα ΕΡΓΑΝΗ και ΕΦΚΑ
- Γνώση της ισχύουσας εργατικής και ασφαλιστικής νομοθεσίας
**Ως εργαζόμενος θα έχεις**:
- Μηνιαίες καθαρές αποδοχές 1150 € και ασφάλιση ΙΚΑ
- Πενθήμερη απασχόληση Δευτέρα - Παρασκευή
- Πρωινή 8ώρη απασχόληση
- Σύγχρονο περιβάλλον εργασίας και συνεχή εκπαίδευση.
