Technical Customer Support Specialist
**Responsibilities**:
- Αξιολογεί τις δυνατότητες των συστημάτων ελέγχοντας τη συμβατότητα των νέων προγραμμάτων με τα υπάρχοντα προγράμματα
- Δοκιμάζει την ικανότητα του συστήματος
- Αξιολογεί επεκτάσεις ή βελτιώσεις μελετώντας το φόρτο εργασίας και τις πιθανές λύσεις
- Βελτιώνει τα υπάρχοντα προγράμματα εξετάζοντας τους στόχους και τις προδιαγραφές. αξιολόγηση των προτεινόμενων αλλαγών συνιστώντας αλλαγές πραγματοποιώντας τροποποιήσεις
- Αξιολογεί νέο λογισμικό που παρέχεται από προμηθευτές μελετώντας τους στόχους των χρηστών. δοκιμή συμβατότητας λογισμικού με υπάρχον υλικό και προγράμματα
- Δοκιμάσει το νέο λογισμικό, μεταφέρει σχόλια και παρατηρήσεις και βεβαιώνει ότι τα προϊόντα είναι συμβατά με τα υπάρχοντα προϊόντα και συστήματα της εταιρείας
- Μεγιστοποιεί τη χρήση υλικού και λογισμικού από την εκπαίδευση των χρηστών
- Παρέχει οδηγίες ερμηνείας απαντώντας σε ερωτήσεις. Όταν τα συστήματα ανανεώνονται στην εταιρεία, οργανώνει εκπαιδευτικές συνεδρίες για την εισαγωγή του νέου λογισμικού ή υλικού στους υπαλλήλους του τμήματος
- Διατηρεί ιστορικά αρχεία καταγράφοντας αλλαγές και αναθεωρήσεις υλικού και λογισμικού
- Προετοιμάζει αναφορά για τους χρήστες γράφοντας οδηγίες λειτουργίας
- Παρέχει 1st Level τεχνική υποστήριξης στα προγράμματα λογισμικού της εταιρείας
- Eνημέρωνει και διαχειρίζεται το Customer Care Portal
- Τοποθετεί το υλικό στην παραγωγή δημιουργώντας συνδέσεις, εισάγοντας τις απαραίτητες εντολές
- Διατηρεί επαγγελματικές και τεχνικές γνώσεις παρακολουθώντας εκπαιδεύσεις
- Συμβάλλει στην ομαδική προσπάθεια επιτυγχάνοντας αποτελέσματα όπως απαιτείται
**Requirements**:
- Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ επιθυμητό
- Άριστη γνώση Ελληνικής και Αγγλικής γλώσσας
- Προϋπηρεσία 2 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση
- Ανεπτυγμένη ικανότητα τηλεφωνικής επικοινωνίας και ενεργητικής ακρόασης
- Προσανατολισμός στον πελάτη
- Ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων
- Άριστη ικανότητα επικοινωνίας και διαχείριση αντιρρήσεων
- Δυνατότητα αξιολόγησης προτεραιοτήτων και αποτελεσματικής διαχείρισης χρόνου
- Καλή γνώση συστημάτων υπολογιστών, και εφαρμογών λογισμικού.
