**Basic Information**
Αναζητούμε ικανούς επαγγελματίες προκειμένου να ενταχθούν στην Ομάδα των Οδικών μεταφορών της εταιρείας μας. Στο επίκεντρο του ρόλου, είναι η διαχείριση και ο συντονισμός της μεταφοράς των εμπορευμάτων των πελατών. Ο/Η ιδανικός,-ή υποψήφιος,-α θα έχει πελατοκεντρική προσέγγιση και ισχυρές οργανωτικές δεξιότητες. Ο στόχος είναι να διασφαλιστεί η ομαλή λειτουργία σε όλη την αλυσίδα εφοδιασμού, με ταυτόχρονη εστίαση στην μεγιστοποίηση της ποιότητας και της αποτελεσματικότητας.
**Responsibilities**
**Κύριες **Αρμοδιότητες**:
- Συνδετικός κρίκος με ανταποκριτές, φορτωτές, πελάτες και αυτοκινητιστές για τον συντονισμό του μεταφορικού έργου, με σκοπό την επίτευξη του ιδανικού service στους πελάτες.
- Παρακολούθηση και έλεγχος των κινήσεων των φoρτίων, προκειμένου να διασφαλίζεται η ομαλή λειτουργία, η διαρκής ενημέρωση των πελατών και η έγκαιρη παράδοση των εμπορευμάτων τους.
- Δημιουργία στρατηγικών τιμολόγησης, ευθυγραμμισμένες με τις ανάγκες των πελατών, της δυναμικές της αγοράς και τα χαρακτηριστικά των εμπορευμάτων, με ταυτόχρονη επιβεβαίωση ότι η αναλογία εσόδων / κερδών της εταιρείας τηρείται βάση προϋπολογισμού.
- Δημιουργία ισχυρών σχέσεων με τους πελάτες, κατανόηση των αναγκών τους και εύρεση λύσεων ως προς την κάλυψή τους.
- Συνεχής αλληλεπίδραση με το ERP της εταιρείας, ενημέρωση φορτίων και διαχείριση συνοδευτικών εγγράφων (τιμολόγια, pod, cmr, etc).
- Συμμετοχή στην ανάπτυξη και εφαρμογή στρατηγικών βελτίωσης της αποδοτικότητας και αποτελεσματικότητας των μεταφορών.
- Συνεχής αναζήτηση νέων ευκαιριών για την διεύρυνση της πελατειακής βάσης και των υπηρεσιών της εταιρείας
**Basic Requirements**
- 3-5 χρόνια προϋπηρεσία στον κλάδο των μεταφορών σε αντίστοιχη θεση
- Πολύ καλή γνώση του Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) και ΕRP προγραμμάτων (Orian ERP)
- Πολύ καλή χρήση της Ελληνικής και Αγγλικής γλώσσας. Επιπλέον γλώσσα θα εκτιμηθεί θετικά.
- Άριστες επικοινωνιακές και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες.
- Ικανότητα εκπόνησης πολλαπλών ταυτόχρονων εργασιών.
- Ικανότητα θέσπισης και επίτευξης στόχων
